01 Overview

About Prism

Prism is an AI content repurposing platform for writers, founders and agencies who publish in many places. You paste one draft, a blog post, a rough idea, bullet points or a transcript, and Prism rewrites it for each platform you pick, from LinkedIn and Reddit to an SEO blog, Instagram and Bluesky.

Each platform has its own length limits, formats and etiquette, and readers can tell when a post was clearly written by a machine. Copying the same text everywhere does not work, and rewriting it by hand for every channel takes time. We built the rewrite engine, voice profiles, platform-specific checks, the free tier and paid plans, team accounts, a public API and a content calendar.

02 The challenge

What Prism needed to solve

The same message needs different rules on every platform, and generic machine writing is easy to spot.

  1. Length, format and etiquette change from one platform to the next, so a single rewrite prompt could not cover them all.

  2. Language models make format slips, such as putting a link in a LinkedIn post or leaving hashtags where they do not belong.

  3. Rewrites needed context the draft does not contain, including how the writer actually sounds.

  4. The product needed a free taste before a paid tier, plus shared voices for agencies and teams.

  5. Harmful requests had to be blocked so the tool could not be misused.

03 What we built

How we built Prism

We built a three-step create studio: the writer pastes a draft, picks platforms, and chooses a writing mode for each one.

  • Nine platforms, 24 modes

LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, Facebook, SEO Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky each have their own modes, such as Community Contribution or Discussion Starter on Reddit. Every mode has its own instruction set, so the output fits the place it is going.

  • Parallel rewrites with gpt-4o

The server sends one request per platform to OpenAI's gpt-4o at the same time. If one platform fails, the others still come back.

  • Voice profiles

Writers paste two or three samples of their own writing, and Prism extracts tone, sentence style and personality signals. Every rewrite is then shaped by that profile instead of a neutral tone.

  • Platform-specific quality checks

Fixes run on each result before it is shown, catching problems like stray links or misplaced hashtags. Users see a quality check score next to every output.

  • Safety gate

A rule-based gate blocks harmful requests before any model call is made. This guards against misuse and avoids paying for requests that should never run.

  • Review, regenerate and schedule

Users can copy one or all outputs, regenerate, try a different mode, schedule a post to the content calendar, and mark whether it performed well or flopped.

  • Public REST API

Pro and Teams users get API keys and documented endpoints, with authentication, rate limits, examples and error codes, so they can rewrite content from their own tools.

  • Plans, teams and sign-in

A free tier, paid plans through Stripe, team accounts with shared voices, and sign-in with Google or email.

04 The results

What changed for Prism

Prism is a working subscription product that turns one draft into checked, platform-fitted versions in the writer's voice.

  • Writers go from one draft to posts for every channel in three steps instead of rewriting each one by hand.
  • Outputs follow each platform's rules because every mode has its own instructions and checks.
  • Agencies and teams can share voices across accounts, and developers can use the same engine through the API.
  • A content calendar lets users schedule what Prism writes without leaving the app.
  • Small server modules for rewrites, safety, quality checks and plan gates mean each part can be changed on its own.
  • RedditRabbit landing page on desktop and revised Reddit post on a phone
